Prepare for DFM Review
Optimize your project from the start. A comprehensive Design for Manufacturing review helps you reduce scrap, ensure a faster launch, and significantly minimize Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) during production.
CAD & SolidWorks Files
Submit your native SolidWorks (.SLDPRT, .SLDASM) or neutral CAD files (.STEP, .IGES). Ensure all assembly dependencies are included for a full structural assessment.
Manufacturing Drawings
Provide detailed 2D drawings in PDF or DXF format. Include critical dimensions, material specifications, and GD&T requirements to optimize fabrication tolerances.
Sketches & Technical Images
Concept sketches or site photos help us understand project context. Clear visuals of intended fitment or existing hardware can prevent costly production redesigns later.
Secure File Submission
Upload your CAD data, drawings, and reference images using the secure form below. Files are encrypted in transit and reviewed under NDA upon request.

NDA & Confidentiality
All submitted CAD files, drawings, and sketches are protected under our standard manufacturing NDA. We treat your intellectual property with the highest degree of technical security and confidentiality throughout the entire review process.
Review Timeline
Standard DFM reviews are typically completed within 24-48 business hours. Complex assemblies or large-scale project reviews may require additional time. You will receive a notification once our engineers have finalized the manufacturability report.
Expectations & Liability
The DFM review is an advisory service aimed at reducing scrap and ECOs. While we provide expert production insights, final engineering validation and liability for part performance remain with the client. Review is based strictly on the materials provided.
